1. General

Appleman®️ UAE sells genuine pre-owned Apple devices and selected OEM accessories. By using our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information

  • All Apple devices sold by Appleman®️ UAE are pre-owned (used) unless otherwise stated.
  •  Every device is professionally inspected, tested, and quality checked before dispatch.
  • Product images are for reference only. Minor cosmetic differences may exist due to the nature of pre-owned devices.

3. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Appleman®️ UAE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in AED.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Promotional offers are available for a limited time only.

5. Payments

We accept approved payment methods available at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where applicable. Orders may be verified before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

7. Warranty & Replacement

Eligible products include the warranty and replacement coverage advertised on the product page. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage.

8. Returns & Exchange

Eligible devices may be exchanged for the same model or upgraded to another model by paying the applicable price difference, subject to our Return & Upgrade Policy. In case of exchange for the same product, customers will only be required to pay the delivery charges. For upgrades, customers will need to pay the price difference along with the delivery charges. All returned devices must be in their original condition.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Appleman®️ UAE unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Appleman®️ UAE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the extent permitted by applicable UAE law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes to These Terms

Appleman®️ UAE reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
