Are your devices genuine Apple products?
Yes. Every iPhone, iPad and MacBook we sell is a genuine Apple device. Unless a listing says otherwise, it is pre-owned and has passed our 10-point test before dispatch.
Will my used iPhone get the latest iOS updates?
Newer models do. Our Latest iOS Supported collection lists the iPhones that can run the current version of iOS. Older models still work well for calls, messages and everyday apps, but may no longer receive updates.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
If an eligible device develops a functional issue within 30 days, we replace it. Normal cosmetic wear that matches the listing is not covered. Message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you.
How does Check Before Pay work?
When your order arrives, you can open the package and inspect the device before completing payment. Check the screen, cameras, battery and buttons, and pay only if you are happy.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. You can also pay online at checkout.
How much is delivery?
